Tampa Bay Times Names FL Dem Gov Candidate Andrew Gillum As Their “Loser of the Week”

In Florida, Democrat Andrew Gillum’s struggling gubernatorial campaign is already facing heated criticism for a criminal investigation of his use of city e-mail system for political purposes, overstating their number of campaign donors, using another politician’s email list without permission, and having Tallahassee named as the most dangerous city in Florida on his watch as Mayor, and now, an FBI probe of corruption in Tallahassee City Government.

As a result of his campaign setbacks, the Tampa Bay Times named the failed Tallahassee Mayor as their “Loser of the Week”:

“Andrew Gillum. A pending FBI investigation into a development deal involving Tallahassee City Hall. A still-open Leon County Sherriff’s Office investigation into Mayor Gillum’s email practices. It may turn out there is no fire, but there sure is a lot of smoke threatening to cripple Gillum’s campaign for governor.”
