Politico: As Gwen Graham Falls On The Defensive, Florida Dem Primary “Gets Ugly”

The Florida Democrat gubernatorial primary, long a Hillary vs. Bernie style brawl, is “getting ugly” and divisive.

As Gwen Graham has come under fire for her “phony” posturing and deceptive flip-flopping, her campaign has been put on the defensive, desperately demanding TV stations take down a new ad from a Democrat group attacking her record.

Just like with Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, establishment Democrats thought they could push typical politician Gwen Graham through their primary.

But, as base Democrats reject Graham’s lackluster campaign, Democrats are once again descending into divisive infighting and being pulled to the extreme left. Florida Democrats have seen this story before, and it doesn’t end well for them.
