Ben Jealous’ failing campaign for governor received another blow this weekend, with yet another Maryland Democrat refusing to endorse his radical campaign.
The Baltimore Sun reports that Maryland Democrat Comptroller Peter Franchot “has said that he would not endorse his party’s nominee for governor.” This comes after other prominent Maryland Democrats and Democrat-leaning unions have refused to support Jealous.
Ben Jealous’ campaign for governor has become an embarrassment. He’s cursed at reporters, is failing to raise money, and his far-left agenda includes a $2,800 tax on every man, woman and child in the state. After all of these mistakes, it’s no surprise that even Democrats are abandoning his campaign.
