With just weeks to go until Election Day in Virginia, Democrat gubernatorial candidate Ralph Northam still hasn’t released the tax plan his campaign promised to put out after touting it in a TV ad. Even with the election’s second gubernatorial debate taking place this evening, it appears Northam has no intention of doing so. New video shows Northam being asked what his tax plan is, but he refuses to give any answer, and instead chuckles at the question. As he continues to run misleading ads touting his non-existent tax plan while refusing to give any serious details on what his tax policies would actually be, Northam continues to show an alarming inability to address the Commonwealth’s issues with any ideas of substance.
