VIDEO: Iowa Dem Gov Candidate Fred Hubell Says He Would “Peel Back” Tax Cuts

Just days after winning the Iowa Democrat gubernatorial primary, Fred Hubbell is already pledging to hike taxes on Iowans if elected, creating a clear contrast with GOP Governor Kim Reynolds, who recently signed into law the largest tax cut in Iowa history.

During a recent interview, Hubbell promised that he would “peel back” all of the tax cuts passed by Governor Reynolds. Hubbell stated, ‘We’re gonna have to peel back all those tax cuts…” When asked directly about both individual and corporate tax cuts, Hubbell replies, “I’m talking about all the tax cuts.”  Watch here.

By already pledging to hike taxes, Fred Hubbell has made it clear that he would force Iowa families to pay more. Hubbell is too out-of-touch to lead.
