Last night, Glenn Youngkin shocked the nation and won in Virginia — a state that Joe Biden won by 10 points just one year ago.

“Thoughts and prayers to Governor Tony Evers as the realization hits that his days in the Executive Mansion are coming to a close as Democrats fail to address skyrocketing inflation and rising crime,” said RGA Spokeswoman Maddie Anderson. “If a Republican can win in a state as blue as Virginia, where Biden took it by double digits, Evers doesn’t have a fighting chance. As the political environment for Democrats continues to sour, he may as well just start packing his bags now.”
