WASHINGTON D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement regarding Governor Jay Inslee advancing to November’s gubernatorial general election in Washington:
“After four years of incompetence, mismanagement and scandal in Olympia, voters are craving a fresh start in Washington, and that starts this November when they fire Jay Inslee,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “Inslee’s inability to clean up state government has created a crisis of leadership, and instead of taking responsibility, Inslee has cast blame toward everyone but himself. Washingtonians deserve a governor who will restore trust and accountability and provide a new direction, but Inslee has proved he is unwilling and unable to do so.”
