RGA Congratulates Indiana Governor-Elect Mike Pence

The Republican Governors Association congratulates Republican Governor-Elect Mike Pence on his victory tonight in the Indiana governor’s race.

“Mike Pence ran an issues-focused campaign, laying out a clear roadmap for Indiana and he will soon be able to put his vision into action as Governor,” said RGA Chairman Bob McDonnell. “On behalf of all Republican governors, I am excited to welcome Mike to our ranks and pleased the RGA could contribute to his victory.”

The RGA contributed more than $1 million to the Pence campaign, helping create a substantial early financial advantage and build a lead that Pence never relinquished.
