As GOP Governor Charlie Baker continues to earn high marks for his dynamic leadership in Massachusetts, he finds himself in increasingly strong position for re-election this November.
Just this week, Governing Magazine updated its race rating for Massachusetts’ gubernatorial contest from “likely Republican” to “safe Republican,” citing Governor Baker’s “30-point lead over potential rivals in recent polls.” This comes after both the Cook Political Report and Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball shifted their ratings for Governor Baker’s re-election to or “safe Republican.”
With less than four months to go until Election Day, Governor Baker’s sky-high approval ratings and his enduring commitment to delivering results through bipartisan leadership have him firmly on track for victory.
