The growing Democrat trend of campaign staff unionization has finally come to New Mexico.
Debra Haaland, who’s running to replace gubernatorial candidate Michelle Lujan Grisham in Congress, recently opted to unionize her staff, and is touting this move as “leading by example.”
This begs the important question of whether Lujan Grisham – who claims to be a strong supporter of unions – will follow Haaland’s lead and unionize her own campaign?
If not, Lujan Grisham owes New Mexico voters an answer about why she’s not practicing what she preaches.
