Just because he says it doesn’t make it true

Northshore Steve Sisolak’s latest ad montage of falsehoods proves he really will lie directly to Nevadans. He claims he refused to raise taxes, but the facts directly contradict this:

• Sisolak signed legislation allowing counties to increase fuel taxes and sales taxes.

• Sisolak signed controversial legislation to increase taxes on businesses despite heavy pushback.

• Sisolak signed legislation to enact lodging taxes.

“Northshore Steve Sisolak doesn’t let the truth get in the way of a good campaign ad,” said RGA Spokeswoman Maddie Anderson. “Sisolak has never seen a tax he didn’t want to raise and his brazen lies brings up an important question: if Sisolak will lie about something so easily disprovable, what else is he lying about?”
