RGA Right Direction PAC Releases Ad Slamming Acton for Drinking, Drugs, and Incompetence

WASHINGTON, D.C. – RGA Right Direction PAC released its first advertisement in the Ohio gubernatorial race, highlighting Amy Acton dodging debates and her history of drinking, drugs, and incompetence.

The ad titled “Debates” will begin airing Saturday, September 12th and will air nationally during the Ohio State game against Texas.

“Amy Acton is too afraid to debate because she knows that her record of incompetence will be on full display. Ohio families were destroyed by Acton when she was the COVID Czar, schools were closed and livelihoods were ruined,” said RGA Communications Director Kollin Crompton. “Ohio can’t trust Amy Acton. Just look at her past.”

Script:

VO: Amy Acton won’t debate.

Is it because the news reported that…

News Anchor: … Mom has been drinking and throwing things and breaking glass.

VO: Or because…

News Anchor: … Acton had taken an unknown amount of prescription medication.

VO:  Or because when she ran Ohio’s COVID response, Acton shut down schools and businesses.

Costing thousands of people their jobs.

Drinking.

Drugs.

Incompetence.

Amy Acton, just wrong for Ohio.
