Chief Executive Magazine released its annual rankings of the best and worst states for business. States with Republican governors hold 9 of the top 10 spots and 20 of the top 25 spots in the rankings.
Democratic governors meanwhile hold down the bottom of the list with 4 Democrat-led states being ranked among the 5 worst states for business as well as 7 states with Democratic governors among the 10 worst states for business.
