Biden’s “BFF” is Failing Michigan

Just short of a week after Vice President Harris cancelled her events with Gretchen Whitmer, President Biden is venturing north to the Cherry Festival, nearby Whitmer’s favorite vacation destination outside of Florida.

While Michiganders are finally set free from Whitmer’s 15-month lockdown and look to celebrate Independence Day, Whitmer herself spent most of the last year violating her own rules and failing her audition to be Vice President. Yet despite her obsession with Biden, Whitmer has failed to deliver when it matters most under President Biden.

“Joe Biden couldn’t have picked a better destination to highlight Gretchen Whitmer’s failures and never-ending hypocrisy,” said RGA Spokesperson Chris Gustafson. “Whitmer has yet to deliver under the Biden Administration, and her secret weekend getaways and failed leadership are leaving the state behind. Hopefully for Whitmer, President Biden will have a little more sway in getting her boat into the water.”
