After months of delays, the Biden Administration finally released rules surrounding its small business vaccine mandate, and they’re worse than imagined. Small businesses across Michigan could face fines from $13,653 all the way up to $136,532, if found in violation of Biden’s federal overreach.
Meanwhile, Gretchen Whitmer and her administration have yet to take a firm stance on whether they will implement Biden’s job-killing mandate, but all signs point to yes, with large fines for Michigan small businesses on the horizon.
“Despite shutting down Michigan’s economy multiple times, causing countless businesses to permanently shutter, it appears Gretchen Whitmer’s war on small business is just getting started,” said RGA Spokesperson Chris Gustafson. “By adopting Joe Biden’s federal vaccine overreach, Whitmer is all but ensuring Michigan’s lackluster economic recovery will only get worse.”
