Ted Strickland appointee, Steven Terry, was indicted today in an FBI corruption probe and taken in handcuffs to FBI headquarters in Cleveland.
Strickland appointed Terry to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in 2007. At the time Strickland said, “Steven has the legal experience, integrity and commitment to serving the public that judges should exemplify.”
Also indicted today was a the former head of the Democratic Party.
