Ralph Northam Attacks Virginia Voters For Opposing Obamacare

Less than two months away from the Democrat primary for Virginia Governor with polls showing that a large amount of voters still don’t know who he is, failed lieutenant governor Ralph Northam is getting even more unhinged as he desperately fights for far-left primary voters. In a new video, Northam is shown attacking Virginians opposed to Obamacare, accusing them of refusing to acknowledge Barack Obama’s presidency.

RALPH NORTHAM: “People ask me all the time, well why is it that people don’t like the Affordable Care Act? I’ll tell you why, they never accepted who our president was.”

Even after Obamacare caused skyrocketing premiums for Virginians and kicked thousands of people off of their health insurance, Ralph Northam appears to believe the only reason people oppose it is because they didn’t accept President Obama’s legitimacy. Northam seems to be forgetting that over two thirds of Virginians stated their support for repealing Obamacare in a recent poll. Is he asserting that all of them “never accepted who our president was?”

Instead of providing real policy solutions to help Virginians, Northam is resorting to dividing and attacking voters. As Ralph Northam grows increasingly desperate to make up lost ground to Tom Perriello in the Virginia Democrats’ race to the left, his talking points are becoming further divorced from reality. If Ralph Northam as a practicing medical doctor is willing to dismiss the concerns of two thirds of the Commonwealth when it comes to healthcare, he has no business being its next governor.
