WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released a new television advertisement today in the Vermont governor’s race, highlighting Political Insider Sue Minter’s record of pushing the failed policies of her mentor, Peter Shumlin.

“Sue Minter has spent years working alongside, raising taxes with, and learning from her mentor Peter Shumlin,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “Minter would continue Shumlin’s failed policies of higher taxes and fewer Vermonters working at a time when the economy is struggling and families are hurting. Vermont can’t afford two more years of Sue Minter and her mentor Peter Shumlin.”
