WASHINGTON D.C. – Republican Governors Association Chairman Governor Bill Haslam released the following statement regarding North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple’s announcement that will not seek re-election in 2016:
“Governor Jack Dalrymple’s strong leadership has been the difference maker for North Dakota’s success. A tireless advocate for his state, Governor Dalrymple cut taxes by $4.2 billion, created thousands of jobs, guided North Dakota to one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country, and made his state one of the most sought after business locales. North Dakota is a stronger state today because of Governor Dalrymple and we are grateful for his leadership and service. Building upon Governor Dalrymple’s successful record, the RGA looks forward to helping elect another Republican governor in North Dakota in 2016 who will continue advancing conservative principles and fiscal prudence in the state.”

Glad to be a part of the ribbon cutting for a new neighborhood in Hudson yesterday.
With a new 60-day permitting process for housing, we’ve taken meaningful steps to tackle our housing shortage and keep New Hampshire growing.
Less red tape, more ribbon cuttings! https://t.co/x254Xw8SXD
.@SpanbergerforVA’s track record in Washington says it all: she wants to destroy American Energy Independence.
Abigail Spanberger’s energy plan is a roadmap to ruin. Banning gas cars. Killing jobs. Crushing families under a radical progressive agenda.
