Wisconsin Dem Gov Candidates Stake Their Campaigns On Opposing Job Creation

Wisconsin’s Democrat gubernatorial candidates continue to put their political ambitions ahead of creating thousands of high-paying jobs. Since GOP Governor Scott Walker announced Foxconn Technology Group’s pledge to invest $10 billion dollars in Wisconsin to build a new plant and employ 13,000 new workers, Democrats Dana Wachs, Andy Gronik, and Tony Evers have all not only come out against it, but have made their opposition to the deal a major part of their campaign platforms. As Governor Scott Walker remains focused on job creation, pushing Wisconsin to new heights, Democrats like Wachs, Gronik, and Evers have made it clear they would only take the state backwards.

WIZM reports:

“A Foxconn incentive package is on the way to Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker for a signature.

Final vote from lawmakers on the $3 billion incentive package for the Taiwan-based manufacturer came Thursday.

Nearly all Democrats are opposed to it, including Dana Wachs, an Eau Claire lawmaker and candidate for governor.

Wachs claims it’s money wasted, a bad investment…

Supporters of the deal call it a game changer, saying it will have statewide economic impact.”
