Whitmer’s Economic Malpractice

scathing report by Bridge Michigan on the state of Michigan’s economy highlights the results of Gretchen Whitmer’s negligence over the past four years.

With nearly 82,000 lost jobs since January 2019, including over 3,000 in the auto industry, an unemployment rate in the gutter, and job growth trailing the country, Whitmer has sent Michigan back to the Lost Decade.

To make matters worse, gas prices have once again jumped over $4 per gallon and local inflation is crushing family budgets.

“The results of Gretchen Whitmer’s economic malpractice are clear as her multiple overzealous shutdowns have left Michigan near the bottom of the nation in economic recovery,” said RGA Spokesman Chris Gustafson. “Whitmer’s war on small business destroyed the state’s economic edge and now she’s resorting to using taxpayer dollars to bribe corporations instead of providing relief to Michiganders. Families and small businesses deserve a leader like Tudor Dixon who will fight for them and implement policies to dig out of Whitmer’s economic disaster.”
