Whitmer refuses to demand Biden end border crisis

Two governors in the Great Lakes region, along with 24 other GOP governors, today requested a meeting with President Biden to demand he end the crisis at the border.

But as crime continues to rise across America as a result of Biden’s open border policy, Gretchen Whitmer refuses to acknowledge the crisis.

Instead, Whitmer has called for the abolishment of ICE, the very organization that is designed to protect America’s borders.

“Gretchen Whitmer’s refusal to stand up to President Biden and demand he crack down on illegal immigration is putting Michiganders at risk as crime rises across the country,” said RGA Spokesperson Chris Gustafson. “With over 200,000 illegal crossings every month, Biden’s border crisis can no longer be ignored, and it’s far past time for Whitmer to demand action.”
