Janet Mills got over her skis the National Governors Association’s summer meeting in Portland, and lied straight to her colleagues’ faces about her pandemic response.

“If Janet Mills will lie straight to the faces of our nation’s governors and her colleagues, there is no doubt she will lie to Mainers without even blinking an eye,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Small family-owned businesses faced the brunt of the punishment during Governor Mills’ lockdowns, and they deserve an apology from Mills for her revisionist history.”
