VIDEO: DGA Chairman Martin O’Malley, the Perfect Walter Dalton Surrogate

The Republican Governors Association launched a new video today highlighting the tax-hiking similarities between Walter Dalton and Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley, chairman of the Democratic Governors Association, who is scheduled to campaign with Walter Dalton today in North Carolina.
