According to new data released by the Labor Department this morning, Nevada ranks in the top five states with the highest unemployment rates.
Nevadans are used to being in the top five category. Just a few weeks ago, Nevada broke a record — along with California and Hawaii — for the highest gas prices in the nation. Congratulations to Governor Sisolak for reaching for the stars!
“Governor Steve Sisolak’s heavy-handed restrictions on businesses continue to have consequences for hardworking Nevada families today,” said RGA Spokeswoman Maddie Anderson. “People desperately need relief from Sisolak-backed Joe Biden’s reckless policies that have them paying astronomical prices at gas pumps and grocery stores. Unfortunately, Nevada families do not have an advocate in their governor.”
