Time’s Up, Ted

The Republican Governors Association announced today it has released a new television advertisement on the Ted Strickland administration’s hiring of a Texas firm using workers in El Salvador to administer an $11 million Ohio stimulus program.

The ad can be viewed at www.TimesUpTed.com where visitors can also download the Official “Time’s Up, Ted Countdown Clock” that they can install on their own website or blog.

“When it comes to getting the jobs done, Ted Strickland has failed time and time again,” said RGA spokesman Chris Schrimpf.  “Not only has the state lost almost 400,000 jobs under Ted Strickland, but when given the opportunity to gain just a few of those back thanks to a federal jobs program, he still managed to send them out of state. Strickland’s had four years to get the jobs done, but his time’s up.”

A transcript of the ad is below.
