The Republican Governors Association released a new television ad today on the choice facing Massachusetts voters. The ad can be viewed at www.CharlieBakersIdeas.com.
“Voters in Massachusetts have a clear choice for governor,” said RGA spokesman Chris Schrimpf. “A vote for Deval Patrick is a vote for policies of higher taxes, unemployment, and out-of-control spending. A vote for Charlie Baker is a vote for lower taxes and increased jobs and opportunity, and that will make all the difference.”
As governor, Deval Patrick has raised taxes by more than $623 million. Patrick raised taxes on everything from businesses to the sales tax. Then, unemployment rose to its highest level in decades. The people of Massachusetts have already lost four years. They can’t afford to lose any more.
