Today is Tax Day, and based on her recent actions, it’s Oregon Democrat Governor Kate Brown’s favorite holiday.

As governor, Brown has forced through hundreds of millions of dollars in new tax hikes to appease her far-left special interest group allies. Brown has hit Oregonians with new taxes on everything from healthcare to gasoline, and even bicycles. And just a week ago, Kate Brown promised to sign into law a massive billion-dollar tax hike on Oregon small businesses.

If re-elected, Kate Brown is promising to raise taxes even higher, including a California-style regressive energy tax that would hit working families hard, raising energy prices.
