Stacey Abrams continues to prove that she is the most far-left gubernatorial nominee in Georgia’s history as she eagerly embraces her party’s most extreme national leaders. Yesterday, Abrams announced that she had secured the endorsement of Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, who has built her reputation on bitter partisan fights in Washington D.C., bragging about leaving “blood and teeth left on the floor” instead of compromise.
Warren isn’t the first far-left national Democrat leader to openly back Abrams’ candidacy. Abrams has also welcomed the endorsement of self-described Vermont socialist Senator Bernie Sanders and failed Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm, whose job killing policies led to a nearly 15 percent unemployment rate in her state.
While even members of her own party have expressed concern over Abrams’ extreme positions and her support for tax hikes on working families, Abrams’ decision to embrace Warren – one of her party’s most radical partisans – will only further prove that she is the most far-left gubernatorial nominee in the history of Georgia.
