RGA Statement on SCOTUS Blocking Biden’s Vax Mandate

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement after the Supreme Court blocked the Biden administration from enforcing its federal vaccine requirement for American workers:

“It was the leadership of Republican governors that protected American workers’ jobs today as Democrats in Governor’s mansions across the country did nothing to stop the federal government’s overreach,” said RGA Communications Director Jesse Hunt. “At every turn, President Biden has refused to build any sort of constructive relationship with the majority of the nation’s governors, and today’s Supreme Court decision is just another example of how that approach is failing.”
