WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement regarding Oregon Democrats doubling down and again selecting Kate Brown as the Democrat nominee for governor.
“Kate Brown had the chance to prove she could lead and serve the people of Oregon, but she has failed,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “Kate Brown hiked Oregon taxes to new heights and has little to show for it. Schools are failing, the pension crisis grows worse, homelessness is on the rise, healthcare dollars are misspent, and state government is rife with mismanagement. Oregonians deserve a new governor who can bring people together to solve problems and clean up Kate Brown’s mess.”
