RGA Statement on Mark Ronchetti’s NM Primary Victory

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement on Mark Ronchetti’s primary election victory:

“The father of two young daughters, Mark Ronchetti knows his family’s future is bleak unless there is a change of leadership in Santa Fe, and we congratulate him on his primary win,” said RGA Co-Chairs Governors Doug Ducey and Pete Ricketts. “Record violent crime, a crisis at the southern border, and the worst public schools in the county define New Mexico under Michelle Lujan Grisham. Yet mismanagement and scandal have plagued Governor Lujan Grisham, rendering her incapable of ever leading the state toward better times. After years of being a trusted voice in people’s homes across the Albuquerque media market, the RGA is confident voters know Mark is the pragmatic outsider who will bring about positive change for the state.”
