WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement on the results of Iowa’s Gubernatorial primary election:
“Governor Kim Reynolds has been a tremendous leader for Iowa: slashing taxes, making life more affordable for working families, and ensuring small businesses and law enforcement are protected and supported every single day,” said RGA Executive Director Dave Rexrode. “In contrast, Deidre DeJear is an extreme candidate who would take Iowa backward with a radical agenda of higher taxes and burdensome restrictions on small businesses. The RGA looks forward to the decisive re-election of Governor Reynolds this November.”
