WASHINGTON D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement regarding Governor Rick Scott’s announcement that he will run for the U.S. Senate in Florida.
“Governor Rick Scott has been a tremendous leader and outstanding governor for Florida. He works hard every day to make Florida a better and more prosperous state and gets results,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “The RGA wishes Governor Scott well in his new challenge.”
