RGA Releases New TV Ad In Maryland Governor’s Race: “Too Extreme”

WASHINGTON, D.C – The Republican Governors Association released a new television ad in the Maryland governor’s race today, highlighting how even Democrats are refusing to support Ben Jealous as a result of his extreme, irresponsible proposals that would destroy Maryland’s economy.

“Even Democrats are abandoning Ben Jealous because his radical proposals are too extreme for Maryland,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “Jealous’s healthcare plan would hike taxes by $2,800 on every man, woman and child, and that’s the cost of only one of his radical plans. Maryland can’t afford Ben Jealous as governor, and even Democrats know it.”
