“Desperate to fund his big government agenda, career politician Roy Cooper voted to increase taxes and fees in North Carolina by more than $9 billion,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “Instead of focusing on pro-growth policies that would spur job creation and help hardworking North Carolinians, Cooper chose to hit them where it hurt most by taxing basic items like gas, clothes, and school supplies. After 30 years in office, Roy Cooper’s signature accomplishment was making North Carolina taxpayers pay more.”

Less red tape, more ribbon cuttings! https://t.co/x254Xw8SXD
