“Time and again, Roy Cooper failed to do his job,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “Cooper’s mismanagement and incompetence at the SBI led to distorted evidence, wrongful convictions, criminals going unpunished, and the SBI being taken away from his authority. Because of Roy Cooper, North Carolina families are less safe.”
