WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association (RGA) today released the latest installment of its “Simply Stated” digital video series profiling GOP governors’ work to transform their states through pro-growth reforms and innovative policy solutions that improve the lives of working families.
The new video highlights New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu’s family-friendly “Infants in the Workplace” initiative, which allows parents working in state government to more easily care for their infant children by allowing them in the workplace.

Through executive order, Governor Chris Sununu took action to provide state employees in more than 20 agencies and departments with the option of bringing their young children to work. This common-sense policy makes it easier for new parents to remain in the workforce while also nurturing their infants during some of the most critical times in their development.
“Governor Sununu’s leadership on common-sense pro-family reforms demonstrate his proven ability to think outside of the box to ensure New Hampshire remains competitive in the 21st Century economy,” said RGA Communications Director Amelia Chassé Alcivar. “The Granite State is a better place to live, work, and raise a family due to Governor Sununu’s strong commitment to growing the economy and putting the interests of working families first.”
The most recent episode in the Simply Stated series profiled Idaho Governor Brad Little’s historic actions reducing red tape.
