WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released a new television advertisement today in the Iowa governor’s race which underscores Democrat Jack Hatch’s continued hiding of his past from Iowa voters.

“Jack Hatch has a history of letting developers’ interests – not the voters’ – guide his actions as a public official, and now, he’s attempting to hide it,” said RGA Communications Director Gail Gitcho. “He’s wrong if he thinks that’s what Iowa wants in a governor. The state needs an executive who will tend to the people’s priorities and act in their best interest, and Hatch just doesn’t fit the bill.”
