WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released a new television advertisement today in the Arizona governor’s race, which shines light on Fred DuVal’s vote to hike college tuition, making college less affordable for Arizona families.

“Fred DuVal’s votes for higher tuition are votes against Arizona’s middle class families,” said RGA Communications Director Gail Gitcho. “When DuVal was a member of the Board of Regents, hikes in tuition and fees doubled the cost of college for Arizona students and their families. Arizona needs a governor who will look out for the middle class, not someone whose policies would stretch them to the limit.”
