RGA Releases First Ad in Connecticut

The Republican Governors Association aired its first ad in Connecticut today on Mayor Dan Malloy’s record of fiscal irresponsibility. The ad can be viewed at http://rga.cc/zx2z.

“Mayor Malloy’s record shows that he’s just another politician,” said RGA spokesman Chris Schrimpf. “He’s increased Stamford’s debt by over $250 million and pushed a property tax hike so steep that an oversight board had to step in to protect Stamford homeowners. While Mayor Malloy has a record of increasing taxes, spending, and debt, Tom Foley has real-world experience growing jobs.”

A transcript of the new ad is below.
