RGA Launches West Virginia Ad

The Republican Governors Association launched television, radio and online advertisements today detailing Earl Ray Tomblin’s failed record after 36 years in the state legislature.

The TV ad can be viewed at www.WestVirginiaPays.com.

“No matter how hard he tries, Earl Ray Tomblin can’t cover up the fact that he’s spent the last 36 years benefiting himself on the taxpayers’ dime,” said RGA communications director Mike Schrimpf. “From jetting off to exotic locations to quadrupling his own pay, Earl Ray Tomblin has mastered the art of using the people’s money for his personal gain.”

“After raising taxes and driving up the state debt throughout his 36-year political career, Earl Ray Tomblin shouldn’t be allowed to take any more money from West Virginia taxpayers,” Schrimpf said. “He deserves to be fired.”
