RGA Launches First TV Ad In Ohio Governor’s Race: “Hacked”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association launched its first television advertisement in the Ohio governor’s race today, highlighting Democrat Richard Cordray’s record of incompetence as a Washington D.C. bureaucrat.

“Richard Cordray went to Washington to run a massive government agency and led the effort to secretly collect financial information on millions of Americans, and then he failed to protect it from hackers,” said RGA Communications Director Jon Thompson. “On Cordray’s watch, private financial information was hacked over 200 times, leading sensitive data to be compromised. Richard Cordray is just another incompetent, big government bureaucrat.”
