WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement regarding State Treasurer Walker Stapleton’s election as the Republican nominee for governor in Colorado:
“As a common-sense, pragmatic bipartisan leader, Walker Stapleton knows how to achieve real results for Colorado,” said RGA Chairman Governor Bill Haslam. “As governor, Stapleton will fight to expand access to high-quality education and fix failing infrastructure, and he’ll do it without raising taxes. The Republican Governors Association is proud to support Walker Stapleton’s campaign to be the next governor of Colorado.”
