WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association released the following statement regarding Republican businessman John Cox qualifying for the general election in California’s gubernatorial election:
“As a successful businessman, John Cox has the unique experience to fix California and get the state back on the right track,” said RGA Chairman Governor Bill Haslam. “As Governor, Cox would roll back the tide of failed anti-jobs policies by cutting taxes, repealing unnecessary regulations, and supporting small businesses. With unaffordable tax hikes causing thousands of residents and businesses to flee, California needs a change agent like John Cox to get the state back on track. The RGA is proud to support John Cox to be the next governor of California.”
