The Republican Governors Association congratulates Governor-elect Dennis Daugaard on his election as governor of South Dakota. Daugaard succeeds Republican Governor Mike Rounds.
“Republicans have governed South Dakota well and when you do that you win elections,” said RGA chairman Haley Barbour. “Dennis is a welcome addition to the Republican Governors Association and I know he will serve his state well.”
