The Republican Governors Association released a new television advertisement in Oklahoma today on Jari Askins’ real record that is too liberal for Oklahoma. The ad can be viewed at www.LiberalJari.com.
“Jari Askins is a liberal in conservative clothing,” said RGA spokesman Chris Schrimpf. “She opposes the most basic conservative beliefs in lower taxes, less spending, and protecting the 2nd amendment.”

You’ve got to be kidding.
Askins was one of only five House votes against letting law-abiding citizens carry a concealed firearm.
This is the same Askins who opposed cutting income taxes.
And even voted to prevent the people from voting on a law to limit the growth in state spending.
