Not far behind, Gordon is followed by a trio of governors who have been extremely successful in deep blue states: Governors Larry Hogan of Maryland, Charlie Baker of Massachusetts, and Phil Scott of Vermont. Rounding out the top ten are Governors Chris Sununu of New Hampshire, Doug Burgum of North Dakota, Ron DeSantis of Florida, Greg Abbott of Texas, Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas, and Kay Ivey of Alabama.
