Need a refresher on where Katie Hobbs stands on securing the border?

• Hobbs praised President Biden when he announced the end of Title 42 that allowed for the expedited deportation of illegal immigrants – only reversing her position after polling revealed it was the Biden admin’s most unpopular policy to date.
• Claimed it was “ridiculous” that border security is an issue in the race for governor.
• Said she would not “plug“ the “massive gap” in the border wall if she were governor.
• As a member of the state legislature, Hobbs voted against building a wall along the border and in favor of giving taxpayer money to support “sanctuary cities,” and against Governor Ducey’s border strike force.

“Katie Hobbs is a dangerous open border Democrat that would only make the illegal immigration, drug, and crime crisis worse if she were allowed to be governor,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “Governor Ducey’s policies prevented these record shattering migrant encounter numbers from being even worse, but given the chance, Katie Hobbs would rip up all the measures taken that prevent the Biden border crisis from becoming more serious.”
