Prison Abolitionist Advocate a Close Advisor of Hobbs

Prison abolitionist advocate, Biden nominee for the 9th Circuit Appeals Court, and Arizona native Roopali Desai remains under constant criticism for her radical left-wing agenda.

However, what you may not know is that Desai is a longtime advisor to gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs:

• Roopali Desai served on Katie Hobbs’ transition team.
• Roopali Desai is Katie Hobbs’ longtime attorney.
• Roopali Desai contributed to Katie Hobbs’ campaign. (see here and here)
• Katie Hobbs is one of the chief Democratic backers of Roopali Desai’s judicial nomination.

“Katie Hobbs surrounded herself with an advisor who believes prisons should be abolishedand law enforcement defunded, and we have no reason to believe she would not implement these policies if she ever became governor,” said RGA spokesman Will Reinert. “No wonder Katie Hobbs accepted Planned Parenthood’s endorsement on the condition she would refuse any law enforcement support for her campaign.”
